your basically saying every woman in hollywood has had a nose job. 90% of the women up there have not had nose jobs.

She did actually. Look it up.
Most of this is just how the makeup is done and the lighting. Lighting and makeup make a huge differance. You can change the shape of the face dramaticly with a little shading with conceler.
The noses on most of these look different because of make up and lighting. You can change the shape of the face dramaticaly by shadding with concealer. All the after pictures look like events the person would have had their makeup done by an artist.
Oh my gosh, you all are crazy if you think those noses were changed with make-up! Most women celebrities get their noses done to perfect the look of their nose on camera. Most of the time, these are SMALL tweaks because these were all average pretty women to begin with, and they have money to have plastic surgery so why not? Sometimes, like with Ashley Simpson, it’s so obvious that they have to confess to it. But yes, they get plastic surgery. Duh! This is no big secret in L.A.!!!
Mo is right. Most women on the list have not had a nose job. Also, I love it when web sites put two pictures of a woman from VERY different ages (like in one pic, she is 18, in the other pic she is 32) and then call the difference on her look “plastic surgery”. It’s not plastic surgery – it’s aging. Aging, and gaining/losing weight, different angles, different lighting.
Like oh my god! Like oh. my. god. I would love to bang Gwen Stefani. That or see her getting railed in a hot porn scene. Now, THAT’S entertainment!

Every single one of these women have had nose jobs…it’s something that’s simply par for the course in the entertainment business today…yes, they’re not necessarily dramatic differences–good plastic surgery isn’t particularly noticeable. That’s why these plastic surgeons get paid the big bucks…they make people look like themselves, only better. Most women, and honestly, most men in Hollywood today get the tip refined, at the very least, some of the fat taken out from the end of the nose to shape it up a bit, make it look a bit less bulbous and a bit more attractive. It’s also common to have the sides of the nose beneath the eye area shaped up a bit, to lend a more delicate and symmetrical look to the nose. Even celebrities with very natural-looking noses have had some procedures done, such as Sara Jessica Parker, or Tom Cruise. It’s important for them to be as photogenic as possible while retaining the face that they are known for…usually you can see comparison pics because when they’re very young and they start out they don’t have the money for the procedure, but within a year or two of success they have some tweaking done. You can look up before and after pictures of almost every celebrity on the internet and see obvious profile and size differences that aren’t the tricks of good makeup and photography, or the results of someone just “growing into their face.”
You can’t change the shape of the nose with make-up or “concealer”, the three-dimensional shape of it with the bone structure comes through, no matter how much shading or what – if the picture has a very dramatic lighting or shadows, then some pic may change the shape of the nose, but it’s only that picture. In most pictures taken in a good light the shape, the nostrils, the width and the length and width of the neck shows clearly. – So they’ve had some surgery and so what, I would have wanted too, if I had had the money. – You can change the size and look of the eyes dramatically with make-up, though, almost to the point the person is unrecognizable. And the hair counts enourmously.
